This Is Not a Government Office. Cimarron County Warrant Records cannot confirm a warrant, recall or clear one, post bond, arrange surrender, or provide legal advice. The issuing court or relevant law-enforcement office must answer those questions.
Official Cimarron County Warrant Contacts
Choose the office by record type. A District Court case is different from a city ticket, and a court status is different from a sheriff service or custody record.

Where to Request Records
For a District Court docket, start with OSCN and ask the Court Clerk when a case or document is missing. For sheriff-held records, the Sheriff's Office says to call (580) 544-2020 for the request form. The form may be emailed or faxed, but requested records must be picked up in person at 409 N Logan. No current local fee or turnaround promise was published.
- District Court case: search OSCN, then contact the Cimarron County Court Clerk.
- Sheriff record or warrant disposition: call the Sheriff's Office records route and ask for the current form.
- Boise City citation: call the City Clerk/Treasurer/Court Clerk at (580) 544-2271.
- Keyes citation: call Keyes PD at (580) 546-7334 and ask who holds the municipal record.
- Emergency or current crime: use 911 or the sheriff's 24/7 dispatch route, not a records form.
Have the case or citation number, issuing venue, relevant date range, and the specific record type ready. A request for a kept disposition is not the same as a live statewide search.
